HOW IT WORKS

  1. Contact me & book a discovery call. This is where we can get to know each other to make sure we're the best fit.
  2. Onboarding Questionnaire: You will fill out your Onboarding Questionnaire prior to our Process Mapping Session. This questionnaire collects basic information about your business that does not change often, like your branding information, accounting categories, social media links, and more. No detail is too small!
  3. Process Mapping: LET THE MAGIC BEGIN! Our Process Mapping Session is where we will officially kick off your Setup. This is when we will map out your DREAM client experience and back-end business process! We will leave this meeting with a step-by-step plan for a COMPLETE system setup of your business.
  4. Implementation Questionnaire: After the Process Mapping Session, I will customize a SECOND questionnaire for you. This questionnaire is all about the assets we determine that you will need in your system- a comprehensive list we will create together during process mapping. Once you work through this one, you’ll be on easy streets until the setup is done!
  5. Time to Automate: Starting here, I do ALLLLLLLL (and I do mean *all*) of the work to get all of your customized material and content loaded into your system and as many automations created as the system allows. So sit back and enjoy your glass of wine. I’ve got this under control.
  6. Offboarding & Follow-Up Support: Once the work is complete, we’ll hop on a live Zoom to go through the entire process behind bringing your dream client experience to life! After the call, I stick around for THIRTY DAYS to support you in Slack with questions, bugs, and additional training. PLUS I provide you with an exclusive Next Steps Guide and training library.

Cait got in there and made it make sense and I was so happy to DELETE all the old things. She knows what Dubsado can and can not do. My business is really not very cookie cutter, so there were some things that she told us we will just have to finish outside of Dubsado - and that is okay! I know what to do in those circumstances. The end deliverables are very thorough and she leaves the to-do reminders with LINKS that show you how to actually do the step! Very helpful.
She was just spectacular - funny, easy to work with, really thorough!
