I had a few discovery calls, but Taylor was by far the most knowledgeable. Not only did she understand the system, but you could tell she had great knowledge and understanding of a smooth client experience for my industry. My system/client experience was all very manual. I feel like I have such a good handle on my business because Taylor touched on every point of the workflow to make sure that I was taking care of things that I didn’t even realize I needed!
