Hi, I'm Jade, the owner of Mrs. Smith Assist, a boutique virtual assistant agency that supports business owners in their admin with Executive Assistant services, as well as their marketing and tech with our Marketing and Tech team. ✨

I literally stepped into the *online space* when I became acquainted with Dubsado for the first time. I started by offering a photographer help in her Dubsado. It was a mess, and in a short amount of time I was able to tell her "I think there's a better way to do this". It was super clear from that point on that Dubsado (and systems!) came intuitively to me!

My brain is wired to simplify systems and implement automations to work more efficiently. I LOVE to help business owners verbalize and then sort through their chaos to transform their entire world of operations - from lead interception to client onboarding, team onboarding, and even how these pieces touch the day-to-day with integrations like Airtable and ClickUp.

Often, I'm conceptualizing ideas and then going to see if it's "possible" yet with tech. This out of the box thinking is what makes our partnership powerful and refreshing for business owners who need a visionary on their side. ❤️

The best part about working together is that I am upbeat, energizing, and flexible to meet you where you are! If you want to knock out some things in a one-time strategy session, we start there. If you want to do a quick audit and tackle improvements one thing at a time, my team and I break down the whole process into bite-sized (and affordable!) pieces. If you want the WHOLE experience, we do the build from the ground up, entirely customized to your brand.

One thing our clients have loved so much about partnering with us is that we offer ongoing Dubsado help, as well as VA support that works in businesses Dubsado's on the daily. Whether our team is monitoring workflows, pushing through to-do's, or keeping an eye on leads and proposals, we're here for it.

In addition to agency ownership and consulting CEO's in their scaling of ops and systems, I am a homeschool mom of 3 and worship leader based out of DFW, TX. I love my golden doodle-beagle pup named Daisy and I am always dreaming about day-trips with my husband in the middle of the week.
