For my entire childhood, I watched both of my parents (just the two of them!) run their party rental company for over 20 years. They did everything manually for so many years - it was brutal! I have a great understanding of what it takes day in and day out to keep up with all of the tasks you need to do.

Let's get started!

  1. Book a discovery call - This is where we can get to know each other to make sure we're the best fit! I learn more about your business and tell you more about the process! We will see what services are the right fit for you and determine your custom pricing based on your needs!
  2. Complete a Questionnaire - You will complete a questionnaire to give me all of the nitty-gritty details of your business that I need to know to complete your account, which we don't necessarily need to talk about. This includes things like your branding, links for calls, packages, contracts, and more!
  3. Workflow Mapping - Together we spend approximately 2 hours mapping out your client process from start to finish! We will plan out every step in Dubsado so that it is completely personal to you and your business! I offer advice, tips, and tricks to help you get the most out of Dubsado's automation.
  4. Sit back and relax! - I will now take our plan and put it into action! I do all the work to get your account set up including creating proposals, inputting packages, writing emails, creating all of your workflows - everything! I work on one client account at a time and my goal is to complete everything in 4 weeks or less.
  5. Offboarding & Follow-Up Support: Once your account is complete we will Zoom to go through the entire process! I will show you how everything works and review everything in your account. After the call, you will have 30 days of follow-up support! I provided you with a week-by-week guide to learning your account and unlimited email support to ask questions. I am the queen of screen-share videos to answer your questions!
