How It Works
1. Book a Discovery Call
This is where we get to know each other and make sure we’re the best fit. I’ll learn more about your business and walk you through the process. Together, we’ll figure out which services are right for you and determine custom pricing based on your needs.
2. Complete a Questionnaire
You’ll fill out a detailed questionnaire to give me the essentials I need to set up your account. This covers your branding, links for calls, packages, contracts, and more.
3. Workflow Mapping
We’ll spend one to two hours together mapping out your client process from start to finish. Every step is customized to your business so your workflows feel personal and intentional. I’ll share advice, tips, and tricks to help you get the most from your automation.
4. Sit Back and Relax
I take our plan and bring it to life. I build out your account, proposals, packages, emails, and workflows. I only work on one client account at a time, and my goal is to have everything completed in four weeks or less.
5. Offboarding and Support
Once your account is finished, we’ll meet to review the entire setup. You’ll have a follow-up support window, a week-by-week guide to learning your account, and unlimited email support. I’ll also send personalized screen-share videos to answer questions and walk you through anything you need.
