Why we build differently for hair and makeup
Most booking systems get built around a photographer's client journey and then stretched to fit everybody else. Yours has moving parts a photographer never has to think about.
Preview appointments that book separately to the wedding day. Bridal party numbers that shift the price around. Per person add ons. Early start and travel fees. Wedding morning run sheets. Two or three artists on the one job.

What we do
The Signature Setup, from $4,400 AUD (inc. GST). Your whole booking system, done for you. Workflows, proposals, contracts, questionnaires, lead captures, canned emails, payment schedules, schedulers and your client portal. Every form hand coded in CSS so it actually looks like your brand and not like a default template.
The Full Works, $5,500 AUD (inc. GST). The Signature Setup plus your full brand suite. Logo, colours, fonts and brand guidelines, designed first and then built right through the system.
Custom Form Design, $880 AUD (inc. GST). Three of your forms, hand coded in your brand. Open to any Dubsado user, any industry, anywhere in the world.
Template Store. Contracts and email templates if you'd rather build it yourself.
How it goes
Full setups are for hair, makeup and photography businesses. We start with a strategy call and map your real process, messy bits included, then we build the lot and test it before you ever have to touch it.
At handover you get a recorded walkthrough of your system running, a troubleshooting call about two weeks later, 30 days of email support, and our training hub for as long as you want it.

The girls were very accommodating and easy to work with. No questions was too big or small! Dubsado has cut down my admin time considerably! Also I'm longer having to manually double check/ cross reference where I'm up to within a bridal booking. I can trust the system will run and they will receive all their reminder/ documents! Not to mention the forms all look amazing and elevate a bridal experience.

Listen - idk if it's a coincidence but the week my Dubsado set up went live I booked my first ever destination wedding in Paris. At one of the most coveted hotels in the city at that. I think when working with high-end clientele something like this is a necessity not an option. I’m so beyond tech challenged and truly was so lost in the beginning. They asked so many questions, had such a detailed process and really covered everything I did think of and many more I didn’t consider. The system has been a godsend for organizing my brides!
