Colie James

First, you should know that I hired a different certified specialist first, before I knew Colie existed. I was left with a system I was too intimidated to use (and that wasn't nearly as useful and efficient). Thank goodness I met Colie. She is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, patient and detail-oriented. More than that, her strategic advice is invaluable — she proactively makes recommendations that will prevent problems down the line, which is something I can't put a price on.

I’m 100% confident you too will find immense value collaborating with Colie on enhancing your Dubsado systems and workflows. Colie is down-to-earth, insightful and deeply understands the challenges of managing business systems that can provide tailored solutions to save you time and money. Colie will quickly become a trusted ally for your business.

It was seriously so great working with Colie. She took the time to help me strategize for my unique business and brought great energy to optimizing Dubsado. I have always found Dubsado to be hard to figure out but she just knows what she is doing and can problem-solve like a magician!

As a family photographer, finding the right CRM solution to streamline my workflow and enhance client interactions was crucial. Enter Colie and her Dubsado + Pic-Time expertise – a game-changing combination that has significantly transformed the way I manage my photography business. Colie’s attention to detail, real-life experience as a professional photographer, and overall fabulous energy made the entire process smooth and enjoyable.

I first started working with Colie in April 2022 when I hired her to set up my Dubsado. She is amazing! She set up my Dubsado and then my pic-time for simple sales as well. I have continued to work with her monthly to help me keep my Dubsado and pic-time up-to-date for my business. She is fantastic - smart and fast and she is so much fun to talk with during our monthly calls. I look forward to working with her every month and can't imagine where I would be without her!
