Hi I'm Kaysi 👋🏼 Your go-to systems problem solver and small biz advocate
With equal left and right brain skills (BaEng & DipApDesign), I can organise your business for streamlining and efficiency while making things beautiful. Let's get your business caffeinated like it's two coffees deep on a Monday morning!
Kaysi is absolutely amazing at what she does! Dubsado is such a robust software, and I didn't know if it was the right CRM for me. Kaysi explained how Dubsado fits so well into the interior design industry and I felt so excited after every call knowing that this software and new set-up will change the way I work for the better! I felt comfortable asking Kaysi all the silly questions I had while I was playing around with my new workflows.
Thanks Kaysi!

THANK YOU! Kaysi provided an amazing course and support during the 7 weeks. Thank you for being so generous with your knowledge!
Kaysi's course forced me to review and evaluate my business processes and how I interact with my clients. Her knowledge and experience of Dubsado helped to reduce the overwhelm of introducing a new software into my creative agency.
Podcast System Expert We Needed!

We have a successful podcast and need to develop a system for new guests, editing, follow up and sending live. Kaysi created our process and then set up Dubsado and Notion to take care of it all automatically along with all of the documents needed to set our podcast business up to run smoothly.
We have saved hours on admin!

I'm big on customer journeys. Thankfully I met Kaysi, and she just 👏gets 👏it. With her expertise, I was able to save time on repetitive tasks without compromising my service delivery.
Kaysi set up and customised Dubsado for the consulting side of my business, and the result is quintessentially CDM. All my forms, proposals and email templates look and sound like me. I have put several of my staff and clients through her Dubsado course, and it is worth every cent!
