I started my journey with Dubsado inexperienced and overwhelmed with the technical process of adding a CRM to my staging business. Gianni met me where I was, thoroughly explained the processes, slowly walked me through the steps and answered every question with confidence and clear details. She was not bothered by my lack of knowledge and found ways to demonstrate Dubsado and its benefits in a real world level I could understand. I can not thank Gianni enough for her guidance. She is a pro!
Where do I even start!? I was needing a whole rebrand and a CRM that was easy for my couples, and I found Gianni! She has made the whole process so smooth for a new transition and answered my questions sooo quick! She also created visuals for me to navigate Dubsado and this new system. My couples loves how smooth it is as well! I can be present with my business, and have Dubsado do its thing!! All THANKS to Gianni for setting this all up for me!! She is your girl!!!
I have worked with so many professionals/service providers for my business over the years, and Gianni is a stand out when I think about the quality and care I received. She is excellent on the communication front. She always exceeds my expectations on the turnaround time of a project or issue I'm having. And she always takes initiative to trouble shoot the next thing before you even have to think about it yourself! 10 out of 10 person and service!
Gianni is always there for me which means she will always be there for you! Her fast response time matches her laser-focussed devotion to your success which always includes thoughtful creative responses along with a well-thought-through organizational plan. I lack system skills, so Gianni always covers everything I need to make Dubsado a smooth experience for my clients and me. She is my go-to person for all things Dubsado!
Gianni is my dubsado bestie! She has been a true pleasure to work with on getting our system set up for our business. She was patient with all the changes, super informative, and I have since built so much confidence on using dubsado. Highly recommend her services to whom ever is looking to upgrade their system. The best part is I have a whole library of videos from the whole experience I refer to.
