Hi, I'm Heather, founder of Haven Consulting Co.! 👋
I'm genuinely obsessed with efficiency, organization, and structure. I believe running a business doesn't have to feel chaotic to be successful. It can feel simple, with the right systems behind it.
In fact, I've always had a knack for stepping back, being able to look at the big picture of what someone's building, and seeing exactly where their day-to-day is quietly working against them. That's when I get to simplify it, structure it, and build something that actually gets you to your goals without having to pull your hair out.
That's why I built Haven. I take the parts of your business that feel scattered, the missed follow-ups, the endless inbox, the inconsistent client experience, and turning them into something supported, consistent, and genuinely yours.
Here's what that looks like in practice:
📈 Room to grow, with streamlined workflows that let you take on more clients without duct tape holding it together.
✨ A client experience people talk about, automated but still personal.
⏰ Real time back, every week, not someday.
💰 Less spent on tools and manual busywork.
☁️ The ability to step away without a mess waiting Monday.
A quick look at how we could work together:
How it works:
Structure replaces stress. Systems create stability. Your business starts to feel lighter.
If this sounds like what you need, the fastest way to reach me is booking a free Clarity Call directly on my website. Reach out any other way and I personally respond within 24 hours, Monday through Friday.
