I’m the one always over-analysing service interactions
Before building my own business, I was an Event Manager at a luxury country estate. My job was to ensure that our clients left our events telling their friends and their friends telling their friends about the undeniably good experience they had at our venue.
But it wasn’t the expensive champagne or the lavish decor that people talked about.
It was the little things like matching the flowers to a business’s brand colours, finding out the guest’s favourite food and ordering it as a surprise, or getting our racing driver to drift with the birthday guest on track days.
