I’m Jecelyn Shenkin and I’ve been helping coaches, service providers, and solopreneurs, get unstuck, free up time, and make more money for 7 years. I’m certified in both marketing and business systems software (Dubsado!) and I use the two in tandem to create front-to-back business systems, so you can finally take a breath.

How it Works:

1. Book a Free Discovery Call. We'll talk about your business, budget, the project and just in general see if the vibes fit. If it's a good fit I'll send you a proposal, contract and invoice and we can get rocking on your project.
2. Strategy and Process. I'll take all my business experience and research and do a deep dive into where your business is at, where you want to take it and the processes that you're doing on a daily basis. With that information, I put together a strategy for the rest of the project so everything we're doing is in alignment with your goals.
3. Assets and Content. Here’s where I'll gather all the assets needed for the project. I’ll let you know exactly what is needed and you will have access to all our worksheets and educational resources to make sure this part isn’t too overwhelming.
4. Design and Automation. Here’s where it all comes together. You sit back and relax while I take the content and the strategy and turn it into something real. You get the systems needed to take your business to the next level
5. Launch and Ongoing Support! We launch your new system out into the world and I continue to walk alongside you to support what you’re doing and make sure that once you get unstuck, you stay unstuck.
