FULL DUBSADO SET UP
Make your client onboarding process smoother and more efficient. We'll work together to harness the full potential of Dubsado, ensuring a streamlined workflow that covers everything from forms to contracts and invoicing.

STAGES OF SET UP:
Intake form + connections set up: Once you submit the proposal, you will receive an Intake Form to fill out to help me with your set up. Please set aside 1 hour to complete this.
I will need you to ensure that your calendar, email, and payment processor are linked to your Dubsado before the set up starts. Information on how to do this will be provided in your Intake Form.
Kick off call: Once your Intake Form is completed, you will get an email to book your Kick Off Call. On this call, we will walk through your Intake Form for me to gain clarity on the best possible workflow set up to ensure your client onboarding is seamless.
Work begins: During this stage, I will start to work on your Dubsado set up. If I have any additional questions or need anything, I will reach out. Once completed, I will ask you to take a look and request any revisions in a timely manner.
Offboard call: Once your setup is complete and any revisions are made. We will hop on a call to go over piece by piece your Dubsado set up. You will get 4 weeks of Slack support to ask any questions for clarity after.

50% due upfront (work will not start until paid)
50% due upon completion before offboard call
Be aware of your time commitment for calls, Intake Form, and answering questions throughout setup. Please do not book a Discovery Call if you do not have time to commit a Dubsado set up.
