At Studio Eighty Five, we believe your systems should feel as thoughtful and refined as the experience you give your clients.
We don’t just build Dubsado setups. We craft strategic frameworks that help wedding professionals work smarter, look polished, and serve with ease, without the constant pressure running in the background.
Founded by Indi, a former bridal makeup artist turned systems strategist and supported by her husband Heraldo and their small team of system pros, Studio Eighty Five brings together creative insight, strategic thinking and technical precision. We know the wedding industry intimately. The early mornings, the emotional load, the admin that never ends and we exist to bring calm, clarity, and confidence back into your business.
Every build is grounded in our four pillars: Strategy. System. Support. Soul. Each one is designed to elevate your client experience, strengthen your brand, and give you back the freedom to focus on what truly matters.
We’ve helped hundreds of wedding businesses across the world reclaim their time, refine their operations, and show up with quiet confidence knowing their systems are built to grow with them.
Right now, we’re exclusively offering full Dubsado system builds, because true transformation doesn’t happen through surface-level tweaks. Every project is built intentionally, branded beautifully and supported beyond handover, so your system continues to evolve alongside you.
At Studio Eighty Five, we help you innovate, elevate, and automate so you can stop running your business from your inbox and start leading it with purpose and ease.

I don’t typically write reviews, but Indianna and Heraldo are an incredible team. Their expertise and industry knowledge is impressive, and felt completely supported throughout the process. They were also extremely patient with me as I’m technologically challenged.
