The Freedom Creative

Systems that give you more capacity, without taking the personal out of your client experience.

Hi, I’m Betsan, a systems strategist and Dubsado specialist helping established service-based businesses create client processes that are easier to run and lovely to experience.

If your business is working but the way you’re running it behind the scenes isn’t anymore, that’s usually where I come in.

Maybe your systems have been pieced together as the business has grown. Maybe you already use Dubsado but it feels clunky, overcomplicated or doesn’t quite fit how you work now. Or perhaps you’ve reached the point where you could spend another weekend watching tutorials and fiddling with workflows… but you really don’t want to.

I don’t start by asking what we can automate.

I look at the whole picture first: what needs to happen, where things are getting missed, what could be simpler, what should happen automatically and where a personal touch makes more sense.

Then we build the system around that.

Because there’s no point having a clever Dubsado setup you don’t actually use.

I work with established service businesses including coaches and consultants, creatives, wedding professionals and online service providers who want clearer client journeys, simpler processes and thoughtful systems that give them more capacity... without taking the personal out of their client experience.

Ways I can help:

Done For You Dubsado Setup | From £2997

For when you want Dubsado set up properly around your business. We’ll map your client journey, make the strategic decisions and build a thoughtful Dubsado setup that takes care of the repetitive parts while keeping the experience warm and personal.

Dubsado Audit | £497

Already using Dubsado but know it could be working better? I’ll review the whole setup, identify what’s causing unnecessary faff and give you clear recommendations for what to simplify, improve or rebuild.

Dubsado Flow Design | £797

You know what you offer and roughly what needs to happen, you just need someone to turn it into a clear client flow that makes sense. I’ll design the strategy behind your Dubsado workflows so your clients are guided properly and you have fewer moving parts taking up space in your head.

The point isn’t to automate absolutely everything. It’s to create systems that make your business easier to run while your clients still feel personally looked after.
