The Process:

1. Discovery Call: Book a discovery call on my website, to confirm fit and talk through your goals, then I send a proposal, contract, and invoice to secure your spot.
2. Strategy Session: We map your full client journey on a call, after you complete an onboarding questionnaire. We go through every step in detail to make sure your client process is tailored to your needs.
3. Dubsado Setup Week: I build your entire client journey in Dubsado: all canned emails, forms, packages, payment plans, workflows. So your process is as automated as you need it to be.
4. Offboarding & Support: We walk through your finished setup together. You'll have 30 days of support to reach out with small edits or to hop on calls to answer questions.
