Streamlined by Martine

She is a clear communicator, flexible, and extremely patient. I can't imagine it is easy to step into others' processes and try to make sense of it all, let alone, communicate and get in the heads of all the different designers' minds. However, she was able to break down each service with me and where there were holes in my process, she asked the right questions to bring clarity. From there, she worked her magic and helped create clear workflows that helped me look good with my own clients.

Martine truly took the time to understand my current client experience but then worked on making it 100x's better! Martine gave me back so many personal life hours by not only doing all the work for me to set up Dubsado but also by automating mostly all of my Workflow to give my clients the best experience while also protecting my personal life time. (Especially being a new mom!) I would of never been able to do what she did for me on my own.

She expertly set up all of my systems, saving me an exponential amount of time and helping everything run so much more smoothly. Her attention to detail and deep understanding of how to optimize Dubsado for my needs truly stood out. I’ve already recommended her to several of my friends, and they’ve had the same exceptional experience. If you’re looking for someone to streamline your workflows and make your life so much easier, I can’t recommend her enough!

Martine's process is absolutely worth the investment. She will save you countless hours in the long run. As a Dubsado process expert, she will elevate the backend operations of your business to the next level.

The value she delivered was above and beyond. She set up my whole Dubsado system from scratch, including custom proposals, canned emails, and polished forms and schedulers. She also walked me through how it works so that now I feel confident using it in my business. You can expect an experienced and efficient professional who really gets to know your unique business and delivers a custom approach that will help you streamline your operations and create a stand-out client experience.
