Martine made the whole process really easy, even for someone who was just getting started with their business. She is really thorough, flexible and patient and I really enjoyed working with her. It's now such a relief to know that when potential clients contact me, there's a super clear process in place - it's mostly automated and the parts that do need my input are really clear and provide a smooth customer experience.

Working with Martine has been an absolute pleasure. She truly listened to what I needed and wanted, and asked the right questions to make sure we were on the same page. She was so patient in explaining things in a way that made sense to me, and I’m so grateful for her help in navigating the parts I didn’t quite understand. My client experience has improved so much since teaming up with her, and I’m so relieved I didn’t have to figure this all out on my own.

Martine really know your stuff and I think working with you is 100000% worth the investment. Not only in the final deliverables but also in the amount of time saved vs. trying to DIY this process. I felt like I had a truly personalized VIP experience that was tailored to the unique needs of my business and services. My confidence level using Dubsado is 10000 times improved. I feel like I have a solid process in place and a better understanding of Dubsado and what it can do for me.

Hiring Martine was one of my top three greatest investments I've ever made in my business! I've always felt so self conscious about my client experience but ever since hiring Martine I have already gotten feedback from clients saying that they love how organized everything is and that all their forms are in once place! What I loved most about Martine is her knowledge in Dubsado and how responsive and supportive she was every step of the way. My only regret is not hiring her sooner!
