The Passions Collective is a certified Dubsado partner

Hi! I'm Fran — Client Experience Architect, neurodivergent entrepreneur & cat mom (to name just a few!) and I specialize in creating immersive, custom + automated client experiences.

My passion lies in helping create sustainability in my client's business', not only through automations that provide peace-of-mind and take things off your to-do list, but through client experiences that increase referrals and client retention.

I believe that you should never have to choose between living your life and growing your business (because you can do both), and strive to help create businesses that allow you to be fully present in your life.

If you're looking for a business partner who can take your current processes and create (+ implement) a plan to improve them in a way that not only supports your clients—but supports you in a way that makes sense to your brain and for your unique business: I'm here when you're ready! 🫶

Working with Fran was one of the best things I could have done for my business

Amanda Woodruff ·

Working with Fran to help streamline my Dubsado process was one of the best things I could have done for my business and client experience. She dove into my process and really helped to find all the cracks and helped to find ways to automate the things that could be automated. If you're wondering if you should hire Fran to help you streamline your systems, you should know that the answer is yes. Yes, you absolutely should.

Fran is a client experience angel

Susannah Hutcheson ·

After years of neglecting my systems, I decided to invest in having Fran completely and totally set up (literally... from scratch) my Dubsado. It has taken theeee biggest weight off my shoulders, and was also the most seamless process from the jump. (Hi, beauty of a good system... LOL) But, truly—if you've even thought for a second about investing in someone to help set up your systems, Fran is that girl for you. She's speedy, efficient, and so, so intentional. Fran is a client experience angel.

I'll be a client for life!

Hannah Reed ·

Fran takes the #1 place in my top 3 favorite investments, followed by branding and copywriting. I felt embarrassed by my clearly inexperienced use of Dubsado and my backend was a total mess. Enter Fran: not only did she clean up my mess and create the most seamless, intimate, and thorough automations, but I felt like royalty the entire time working with her. If you're considering hiring Fran, do it. You'll love every second of your time working with her. I'll be a client for life!

Working with Fran was so much fun!

Ashley Thomas ·

Working with Fran was so much fun! She was super quick with bringing my ideas to life and I can't imagine how much time she saved me designing those forms. As a business owner, time is money and I'm so thankful for the time she gave back to me!

Fran is the Dubsado specialist you've been looking for.

Steph Dougher ·

Now my systems and workflows and automated (but still personalized!) communication with my clients helps them know that they really are always taken care of. On my end, I can rest easy knowing that nothing is falling through the cracks thanks to the workflows designed and set up by Fran. She knows exactly how to make Dubsado the most efficient workhorse each of her clients need. If you're on the fence, go ahead and jump over already: Fran is the Dubsado specialist you've been looking for.
