The Passions Collective is a certified Dubsado partner

Hi! I'm Fran — Client Experience Architect, neurodivergent entrepreneur & cat mom (to name just a few!) and I specialize in creating immersive, custom + automated client experiences.

My passion lies in helping create sustainability in my client's business', not only through automations that provide peace-of-mind and take things off your to-do list, but through client experiences that increase referrals and client retention.

I believe that you should never have to choose between living your life and growing your business (because you can do both), and strive to help create businesses that allow you to be fully present in your life.

If you're looking for a business partner who can take your current processes and create (+ implement) a plan to improve them in a way that not only supports your clients—but supports you in a way that makes sense to your brain and for your unique business: I'm here when you're ready! 🫶

She exceeded my expectations with every step of the process

Maddie Wiggins ·

My client experience was not matching up with the quality of work I was providing for my clients, DIYing everything was not cutting it anymore, and I just knew it was time to level up and streamline my processes with Dubsado. Fran was an easy choice for me because she really knows what she's doing AND makes it all look so good. She exceeded my expectations with every step of the process and tailored everything to my unique needs in my business. I am so grateful for the invaluable work she did an

I'd hire her again in a heartbeat. You should, too!!!

Kait Cozzens ·

For anything Dubsado, automation, or client experience - there is no one better than Fran! She had so much patience with my not-so-tech savvy brain, provided extremely valuable feedback on my existing client experience, and managed to build out workflows that will quite literally save me HOURS weekly (not to mention brain power). There is nothing copy + paste about her strategy, everything was so personalized to my business and processes. I'd hire her again in a heartbeat. You should, too!!!

I can't thank Fran enough!

Danielle LaBonté ·

I can't thank Fran enough for helping me enhance my business administration and client experience. It is very important to me that my clients know my level of care every step of the way and I finally feel like it shows! Fran is so incredibly organized and thorough in her work, I would recommend Fran to any business owner. Thank you again and always!

Fran is one of the most skilled people I have ever worked with

Kori Whitby ·

Fran is one of the most skilled people I have ever worked with. Not only is she a Dubsado expert who can make the most complicated setups and workflows feel easy, but she is a creative that uses both her visual and technical skills to create a seamless client experience. Since working with Fran, my income has more than tripled. Not only that, but I know that I can turn to her with questions and for support whenever needed, she is generous, kind, and builds a genuine relationship with her clients

I knew I needed to have Fran’s eyes and designs on my proposal form!

Ashten Stein ·

Even though I have Dubsado experience, I really wanted “The Passions Collective” touch on my proposal form. I’m so busy with clients and my business grew so fast that my Dubsado was a mess! After taking the time to refine my services I knew I needed to have Fran’s eyes and designs on my proposal form to just take my client experience to the next level!
