The Process:
Discovery Call: Book a discovery call on my website, to confirm fit and talk through your goals, then I send a proposal, contract, and invoice to secure your spot.
Strategy Session: We map your full client journey on a call, after you complete an onboarding questionnaire. We go through every step in detail to make sure your client process is tailored to your needs.
Dubsado Setup Week: I build your entire client journey in Dubsado: all canned emails, forms, packages, payment plans, workflows. So your process is as automated as you need it to be.
Offboarding & Support: We walk through your finished setup together. You'll have 30 days of support to reach out with small edits or to hop on calls to answer questions.

This is for anyone who is not tech-savvy: please do not waste any time trying to DIY ANYTHING that has to do with the client experience. There are experts out there who know systems inside and out and can get things done for you in a very short amount of time.
